Parents and Friends (P&F) Committee

The Parents and Friends (P&F) Committee plays a vital role in fostering community spirit and strengthening connections between families and the school. Operating as a sub-committee of the Governing Council, the P&F is a dedicated group of volunteers who contribute significantly to school life through active involvement and support.

The P&F Committee:

• • Provides a welcoming forum for parents and caregivers to share ideas, concerns, and insights
  • Encourages parental engagement in students’ education and school initiatives
  • Hosts guest speakers and seminars on topics related to student learning, well-being, and parenting
  • Coordinates special events and celebration days for students
  • Organises hot food days each term to support the school community
  • Provides catering for school events and sports carnivals
  • Raises funds to donate resources and equipment, with input into items that will best benefit the school and its students
  • Maintains a representative with voting rights on the CAS Governing Council, giving parents a direct voice in school decision-making processes

Meetings are held once per term, with additional meetings scheduled as needed. All parents and caregivers are warmly invited to attend.
