Assessment & Reporting
Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent Teacher Interviews are held once a year at the end of term one. Parents are invited to book interviews with all of their children’s teachers through our online booking portal. A letter is sent home during term one with booking details for parents and further information. If you would like to make an appointment to speak to your child’s teachers at any other time please contact the Coomandook office staff and they will make arrangements for you.
Reports
Coomandook Area School assesses and reports against the Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards in all curriculum areas for students in Years Pre School to Ten. Stage 1 and 2 subjects for Senior Students align with the curriculum and assessment requirements for the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).
Formal reports are sent home for students in Pre School to Year Eleven in terms two and four, with Year Twelve students receiving reports in terms two and three given their completion date is mid-term four.
