Bus Travel Request

Parents/ Caregivers must notify the school if their child requests transport on an alternate bus route by completing a bus travel request form .

Bus travel request forms are available from the school or alternatively follow the link below and complete the password protected online bus travel request form. The password for this form is the same as the school stream app password previously used. If you require this password please contact the school.

Parent/ Caregivers can also ring the school to notify any changes in their child’s bus travel, if the change is required at short notice.

It is also the parents/Caregivers responsibility to inform the bus driver if their child is not travelling on the bus at any given time. Parents/ Caregivers of Kindergarten children should also notify the kindy of the change in arrangements.
